Police were called to Family Golf on Sidcup Bypass at around 5.45pm on Sunday (November 9).
The boy was taken to hospital where he is in a life-threatening condition.
A second child, a six-year-old girl was also injured and has since been discharged from hospital.
One person, who asked to remain anonymous, said the boy had been attending a birthday party at the time of the incident.
The person, who was at the scene, added that the boy received a head injury.
They praised the response of staff at the centre, saying that one “may have even saved his life”.
A second told News Shopper that there were “loads of [police]” at Family Golf following the incident.
People trying to access American Golf, a shop within the centre, reported online finding the complex closed by police tape and officers.
It is not yet known which part of the building the wall collapse happened in.
Family Golf remains closed today (November 11). The business has been contacted for comment.
