Mark Norval Duncan, 42, will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court at an unspecified date charged with fraud by abuse of position and theft by employee.
Between 2018 and 2024, Duncan of Soprano Way in Esher allegedly abused his position as a financial director to steal around £270,000 from his Camden-based employer.
The charge comes after an investigation by detectives from the Metropolitan Police Economic Crime Command.
