We don’t know how to start our day or make it through an afternoon without a caffeine pick-me-up. So, to thank them for keeping us sane and helping us survive the week, we wanted to reward to our local baristas, coffee connoisseurs and cafe owners, and we need your help to do it!
To get involved, tell us about your favourite lunchtime hang-out, the place you visit every morning and where you always call by for a coffee date with friends.
How to vote for your favourite coffee shop or cafe
You can vote for your favourite cafe or coffee shop in the newspaper from March 31 until April 18 or follow the link below. The closing date for all nominations is April 22, 2025.
The top five places with the most nominations will go through to the final stage. Then nominations to vote for a winner from the top five venues will open in the paper only. The winner will be presented with an engraved trophy, a professionally printed vinyl banner, and a certificate plus a feature in the local newspaper.

If at the close of the nominating stage, there are less than five in the category or a tie the decision may be taken to release all nominated sites into the final voting stage.
