The emergency services were called to Elmar Road just after 4.30pm yesterday (April 29).
A man was treated at the scene by paramedics and then taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service.
His condition and if there have been any arrests is not yet known.
The Metropolitan Police has been contacted for this information.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 4.32pm yesterday (Tuesday 29 April) to reports of a stabbing in Elmar Road, Tottenham.
“We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, members of our Tactical Response Unit, an advanced paramedic practitioner and an incident response officer.
“Our crews treated a man at the scene, before taking him to a London major trauma centre.”
