Police were called near to a bus stop on Ellen Webb Drive yesterday (November 6) at 12.30pm following the knife attack.
Emergency services found the 18-year-old teenager with stab injuries and he was taken to hospital.
His condition is not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
No arrests have been made, but police believe that this is an “isolated incident” and that there is “no further risk to the public”.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Around 12:30hrs on Thursday, 6 November, officers attended Ellen Webb Drive, Wealdstone, alongside the London Ambulance Service, following reports of a stabbing.
“An 18-year-old man was found at the scene with stab injuries and taken to hospital by paramedics. His condition is not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
“No arrests have been made. We understand the concern this has caused the local community and officers are making urgent enquiries.
“This is believed to be an isolated incident with no further risk to the public.”
