Omar Bakar, 26, and Yaya Ballo, 21 – both from Croydon – have been charged with causing grievous bodily harm after three men were stabbed in Edgware Road on January 4.
Police officers were called to the busy street just before 1am following reports of “multiple stabbings”.
Once at the scene, they found three men with stab wounds – one of whom was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
A second man was deemed to have been left with “life-changing injuries”, while a third victim suffered minor wounds.
The Metropolitan Police has since confirmed that none of the men are now in a life-threatening condition.
Following the stabbings, Mr Bakar and Mr Ballo were arrested and subsequently charged with causing grievous bodily harm.
The Croydon pair appeared before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (January 6) where they were remanded in custody.
A 28-year-old man was also arrested in connection with the incident, but has since been released on bail, pending further enquiries.
