Police were called to Edgware Road on Saturday (October 18) at around 10.10pm to reports of a fight at a hotel.
At the scene, a 22-year-old man was treated for stab injuries.
He was taken to hospital for treatment, but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.
It is understood that the attack happened at the Hilton London Metropole during a private event held.
A 60-year-old man was also treated at the scene for a minor injury to his hand and taken to hospital.
According to the Metropolitan Police, both men have been discharged and no arrests have been made at this stage.
The Hilton has been approached for comment.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Police were called at around 22:10hrs on Saturday, 18 October, to reports of an altercation at a hotel on Edgware Road, Westminster.
“Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service who treated a 22-year-old man for stab wounds.
“He was taken to hospital for further treatment. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life changing.
“A 60-year-old man was also treated at the scene for a minor injury to his hand and taken to hospital.
“Both men have since been discharged.
“There have been no arrests at this stage and enquiries are ongoing.”
