Emergency services were scrambled to Edgware Road just before 1am on Sunday (January 4) following reports of “multiple stabbings”.
Once there, Metropolitan Police officers and London Ambulance Service crews found three men, in their 20s and 30s, suffering from stab wounds.
They were treated at the scene, before being rushed to hospital.
A spokesperson for the Met Police confirmed that one man in his 20s remains in “life-threatening condition”, while another man in his 30s suffered “life-changing injuries”.
A third man, aged in his 20s, was left with minor injuries.
No arrests have been made at this stage and enquiries continue, the Met Police said.
A spokesperson told this paper: “Around 00:50hrs on Monday, 5 January, officers attended Edgware Road, W2, with the London Ambulance Service following reports of multiple stabbings.
“Three men were treated at the scene for stab wounds.
“They were taken to hospital, where one man, aged in his 20s, remains in life-threatening condition.
“A second man, aged in his 30s, suffered life-changing injuries, while the third, aged in his 20s, was left with minor injuries.”

Edgware Road remains closed at the time of writing, between Connaught Street and George Street.
