Numerous women, aged between 47 and 74, have reported what is believed to be the same man in Eastcote, Hillingdon.
The man is accused of physical and verbal sexual abuse, as well as harassment and stalking.
He reportedly followed his victims, shouted inappropriate remarks, blocked their paths, and sexually assaulted them.
The suspect is described as Black, approximately 5ft 8in, of slim build, very well spoken, and thought to be aged between 15 and 21.
He was seen with a black rucksack during three incidents and often wears dark clothing.
All the assaults occurred during the day, between January 24 and June 15, in the Eastcote area.
Police are urging anyone who recognises or has seen this man to call 101, quoting reference 01/7092055/25.
