The list, produced by The Telegraph, claims to identify the “golden areas” of each of London’s 32 boroughs.
Each borough’s “best” neighbourhood was named when green spaces, commuting accessibility, good schools, and more were considered, alongside knowledge from local estate agencies and Hamptons.
Many of the top neighbourhoods are reported to share “village-like features” including a central green, or high street with independent shops.
The Telegraph has named East Village in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as the best neighbourhood in Newham.
East Village claims to be one of “London’s most popular neighbourhoods”, offering 30 independent retailers and its own park.
The neighbourhood was formerly created as the London 2012 Athletes’ Village, housing around 17,000 athletes at the time of the Games.
