The TV personality and broadcaster, who was born in Newham, will take to the ballroom when the BBC One show returns this September.
Dani Dyer said: “Getting the opportunity to be on Strictly is the second most amazing thing I’ve done this year.
“I feel very very blessed and cannot wait to get my dancing shoes on.”
She married West Ham footballer Jarrod Bowen in May and is a mother-of-three.
Her participation was revealed on The One Show on Monday (August 11).
Dyer first rose to fame after winning Love Island in 2018 and has since built a career as a broadcaster, author, and documentary maker.
She has fronted programmes such as Is This Anxiety? and teamed up with her father, EastEnders actor Danny Dyer, for the podcast Live and Let Dyers and the travel series Absolutely Dyer: Danny and Dani Do Italy.
She has also made guest appearances on EastEnders and Celebrity Gogglebox.
Her debut book, What Would Dani Do?, reached the Sunday Times Bestsellers list.
Strictly Come Dancing will return to BBC One and BBC iPlayer this autumn.
The full line-up of professional dancers for 2025 has already been confirmed, including new additions to the Strictly family.
More announcements about celebrity contestants and other show details are expected soon.
The new series promises to deliver the same mix of glitz, glamour, and show-stopping routines that have made it a staple of Saturday night television.
