Police were called to a fight on Dunbar Road around 2.45pm on April 29.
They arrived to find a 33-year-old had been shot and two others had facial injuries.
All three were taken to hospital where their injuries were deemed neither life-changing nor threatening.
On May 5 a third man was charged in relation to the shooting.
Mohammed Akbar Khan, 42, of Castle Road in Milton Keynes, was charged with violent disorder and two counts of grievous bodily harm
He appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 6 May, and will next appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Tuesday, 3 June.
Two other men have already been charged.
Mohammed Abdullah Khan, 22, of Upton Lane was charged with attempted murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and possession of a prohibited firearm on May 3.
He is set to appear at the Old Bailey on May 30.
Mohammed Qasam Khan, 37, of Sprowston Road, was charged with grievous bodily harm and violent disorder on May 2.
He next appears at Snaresbrook Crown Court on June 3.
All three defendants remain in custody.
