Police were called at around 10.45pm yesterday (November 12) to Dudden Hill Lane near Dollis Hill station.
Officers arrived to find paramedics already treating a 16-year-old for stab wounds.
A second boy, aged 15, then approached police officers also with stab wounds.
Both boys were taken to hospital by ambulance where their conditions are not thought to be life-threatening or changing.
A crime scene remains in place on Dudden Hill Lane and Burnley Road as an investigation continues.
There have been no arrests and police continue to appeal to the public for information on the incident.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “Police were called at 22:43hrs on Wednesday, 12 November to Dudden Hill Lane, Brent to reports of a stabbing.
“Officers attended and a 16-year-old boy was being treated by paramedics for stab wounds. A second boy, aged 15, arrived at the scene and approached officers also with stab wounds.
“Both boys were taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service and their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
“An investigation is ongoing and crime scenes are currently in place on Dudden Hill Lane and Burnley Road.
“There have been no arrests at this stage.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 10.41pm on Wednesday 12 November to reports of a stabbing on Dudden Hill Lane, NW10.
“We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer.
“We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance.
“We two patients at the scene for stab wounds and took them both to a major trauma centre.”
