Reports released by HM Revenue and Customers every three months name and shame the businesses and individuals who have been caught filing incorrect tax reports across the country.
Many businesses across the UK have been ordered to pay penalties for either deliberately filing errors in their tax returns or deliberately failing to comply with tax obligations.
Haringey
Traffic management company Kamda Limited, formerly based in Hornsey Road, Haringey, was forced to pay £62,033 after not declaring £90,891.02 between July 11, 2020 and July 31, 2021.
Tyre sales company Top Tyres N13 Limited, based in Green Lanes, Palmers Green, failed to declare £56,912.504 in tax between October 1, 2017 and August 31, 2021, and was fined £31,301.87.
Enfield
Ellol Limited Wholesale, formerly of Winchester Road, Enfield, and Colinton Road, Edinburgh, was fined £44,731.40 for not declaring £63,902 between August 30, 2022 and February 28, 2023.
Barnet
Builder Alexandru Bucur, formerly of High Road, North Finchley, and Friern Park, Barnet, was ordered to pay £56,915.70 for failing to tell authorities he earned £58,815.78 between April 6, 2020 and April 5, 2023.
