Figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and HM Land Registry show the median house prices for every middle layer super output area (MSOA) in Bexley for the year ending March 2025.
The dates show the average prices that home owners paid for their homes when moving to Bexley over the last 12 months.
According to the figures, Longlands & Halfway was the most expensive area to live in Bexley, with a median house price of £551,500.
This was followed by Bexley Village, where prices averaged at £525,000, and Danson Park, where prices averaged at £510,000, with both of these areas offering access to Bexley’s green spaces like Hall Place and Danson Park.

At the other end of the scale, Erith West emerged as the least expensive area in the borough, with an average house price of £324,000.
It was closely followed by Erith East at £327,500 and Slade Green & Crayford Marshes at £330,000, making these parts of Bexley among the most affordable options to live in the borough.
Bexley is well connected to the city via National Rail, Superloop and Elizabeth line services, with connections to Cannon Street and Charing Cross.
Beyond transport links, Bexley is home to a number of well-used green spaces and attractions, including Danson Park, Hall Place and Gardens, Lesnes Abbey Woods and the River Thames path offering a mix of outdoor leisure activities and culture.

Recent research also ranked Bexley as one of the most popular places people are moving to in the UK, according to findings by Stora that placed the borough ninth nationally for movers.
The research found Bexley recorded a three per cent increase in net migration, with around 18,000 people settling in the borough over the last year.
