Darts Knight is set to replace the former Boy About Town Barbers at 27 Station Lane later this month.
As well as selling a range of darts equipment, the venue will also feature eight playing lanes with automated scoring systems and offer refreshments for players.
Alcohol will be included as part of these refreshments and the business has applied for premises licence to allow them to sell it.

The licence covers the supply of alcohol for on premises consumption between 10am and 11pm, seven days a week.
In a post on Facebook, Darts Knight said an objection had been raised to the licence application, but reassured residents that alcohol is “not the focus” of the venue.
The post said: “We have applied for an alcohol licence so we can offer refreshments alongside play.
“Our focus is firmly on the sport of darts, with alcohol as a complement to that activity.
“An objection has been raised but we know our community is behind us.”
The licence application is set to be discussed at a Havering Council licensing sub-committee meeting on September 25.
Darts Knight owner Dave Knight previously told the Recorder he hopes to open the venue in mid to late September.
