The incident is said to have happened between 3am and 6.40am on Friday, March 21, when the woman was reportedly taken to a property against her will.
Nana Boafo Ansah, 46, of Pearmain Close, Greenhithe, has been charged with kidnap, rape, assault by penetration, and sharing an intimate image without consent.
Stephen Antwi, 45, of Dunkirk Drive, Chatham, has been charged with kidnap, rape, and sharing an intimate image without consent.
Both men were arrested on Thursday, May 8, and remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Saturday, May 10.
