Sections of the crossing will be shut between Friday, March 14, and Monday, March 17, affecting traffic on the A282 northbound.
Although the closures were not initially updated earlier this week, new information confirms that the west and east tunnels will be closed on different nights for maintenance.
Diversions will be in place via National Highways roads, and motorists are advised to plan to avoid delays.
The Dartford Crossing, which connects Dartford in Kent to Thurrock in Essex via the A282, is a key transport route over the River Thames.
These closures are necessary for ongoing maintenance but may change depending on weather conditions.
