On Friday (February 21) and Sunday (February 23) nights, sections of the northbound carriageway, including both the east and west tunnels, will be closed at various times for tunnel works.
However, there will be no closures at the Dartford Crossing on Saturday night this weekend.
Diversions will be in place via National Highways roads, and motorists are advised to plan ahead to avoid delays.
The Dartford Crossing is a vital road link over the River Thames in England, connecting Dartford in Kent to Thurrock in Essex via the A282.
