Property prices across the borough vary widely, with some neighbourhoods’ average sale prices climbing beyond the £1 million mark.
New figures from HM Land Registry -researched by Property Solvers – show that Croydon’s highest-value streets are spread across both central Croydon and South Croydon.
Several streets recorded average sale prices of more than £800,000, with one topping £1.3 million, despite only a small number of properties changing hands.

Grimwade Avenue, CR0 5DJ, tops the list with an average price of £1,382,500 across four sales.
Upfield, CR0 5DR, follows closely, averaging £1,140,000 over four transactions.
Another section of Upfield, CR0 5DQ, recorded an average of £1,066,666 from three sales.
Whitgift Avenue in South Croydon (CR2 6AY) saw three homes change hands at an average price of £1,005,333.
Addiscombe Road, CR0 7LA, averaged £930,000 across three sales.
Meanwhile, Whitgift Avenue in South Croydon (CR2 6AZ) recorded four sales with an average price of £873,750.
Another stretch of Addiscombe Road (CR0 5PQ) saw three homes sold at an average of £838,333.
Stanhope Road, CR0 5NS, recorded five sales, with average prices reaching £821,600.
Haling Park Gardens in South Croydon (CR2 6NP) averaged £804,000 from three property sales.
Finally, Rutland Gardens, CR0 5ST, recorded three sales at an average price of £715,000.
