Signal Coalition Brewing Limited has applied for a new premises licence for its site at 5–8 Stirling Way.
The application was displayed on the public notice portal.
If approved, the licence would cover both on- and off-site alcohol sales and allow recorded music to be played until 11pm on weekends.
Signal, founded in 2016, produces a range of natural craft beers and an award-winning gin in partnership with Bare Distillery in East Sussex.
Its Stirling Way taproom has become a year-round hangout, with a large courtyard, indoor bar and regular entertainment including darts, table tennis, DJs and live music. The venue also hosts private events.
The application can be viewed on the Sutton Council licensing register at www.sutton.gov.uk.
