The Metropolitan Police was called to the incident outside a restaurant in Crook Log just before 10.30pm on August 12.
At the scene, officers discovered two mopeds had crashed.
Four males aged between 15 and 32 were arrested at the scene in connection to the crash and on suspicion of further offences.
A 17-year-old boy who was arrested remains in hospital after being injured.
His condition is not life-threatening or changing, and enquiries are ongoing.
A Met spokesperson said: “Police were called to a collision between two mopeds outside a restaurant on Crook Log in Bexleyheath at 22:29hrs on Tuesday, 12 August.

“Four males – aged between 15 and 32 – were arrested at the scene in connection with the collision and further offences.
“One of those arrested, a 17-year-old boy, remains in hospital having sustained injuries, however these have been deemed not life-threatening nor life-changing.”
