Emergency services received reports of a stabbing inside a home, discovering 40-year-old Agne Druskienea injured inside.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Metropolitan Police arrested her 43-year-old husband, Augustinas Druskis, on suspicion of murder.

He has since been charged and will appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on October 20.

A crime scene was initially in place across Cranham Road, preventing traffic from passing.
The scene has now been reduced to a single property and two cars.
Pictures seen by this paper have revealed that forensic officers have been working within the cordon.
