The outstanding student support (careers and employability) award was given to Coventry University London’s careers and experience service team at the #WeAreInternational Awards.
The service provides a three-month employment support package to help students write CVs and cover letters as well as practice for interviews.
Students are also offered work experience opportunities in a range of sectors.
The university has campuses in Dagenham and Greenwich.
Organised by the UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA), the awards celebrate the dedication and achievements of international students and all those who support them across the UK.
Danny Mirza, careers and experience manager at Coventry University London, said: “As a former international student myself, I know how life-changing the right support at the right time can be – and that belief is what drives our work every day.”
