It comes after Metropolitan Police officers were called to Coronation Road at 3.55pm on February 21 with reports of the incident.
They attended with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.
At the scene, it was determined that a van had been involved in the crash with a pedestrian.

A man was found injured and was taken to hospital.
In an update today (February 22), a police spokesperson has confirmed the pedestrian remains in hospital fighting for his life.
The driver of the van has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
