The application made by Table Twenty Three Ltd has been published on Havering Council’s licensing list.
Documents setting out the application have revealed the upcoming restaurant wishes to sell alcohol on its premises from 11am to 11pm Monday through Sunday.
It is not the first licensing bid the restaurant has made, with an initial bid entered earlier this month for a premises licence.

Table Twenty Three has described itself as an eatery serving “modern British cuisine with a twist, reimagining classic dishes”.
According to an Instagram page set up for the business, it hopes to open at some point in the coming month at 23 Corbets Tey Road.
The retail space was previously occupied by Hannahs, a bakery.
