Leia was last seen on Saturday, May 31 and is known to frequent Croydon Town Centre.
Officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare and are appealing to the public for help.
Anyone who may have seen Leia or has information about her whereabouts is urged to contact police on 101, quoting the reference 01/7569898/25.

A spokesperson for Croydon MPS said: “Leia, aged 17, from Sussex was last seen on Saturday, 31 May.
“She is known to frequent Croydon town centre.
“We are concerned for her welfare and would ask anyone who has seen her or has any information to please contact us via 101 quoting: 01/7569898/25.”
