Chunky Grill & Pizza, at 41 Station Parade, has applied to Barking and Dagenham Council to vary its premises licence so it can open later.

If approved, the licence variation would allow it to sell “late night refreshment” until 3am, seven days a week.

The takeaway restaurant is currently open between 11am and 11pm each day.

The application is open for feedback until June 25, and representations can be made in writing to Barking Town Hall, Town Hall Square, Barking, IG11 7LU, or via email to licensing@lbbd.gov.uk.
