The pop legends take to the stage for the charity concert at Hackney Church in Lower Clapton Road on December 3.
Martin and Buckland have been friends since meeting at University College London in the late 90s and founded the band while they were still students.
They played their last Wembley gig on September 12 and their epic Music of the Spheres tour is currently having a hiatus before resuming in 2027.
In the meantime the lead guitarist and frontman will be performing ‘A Special Night With Jonny and Chris’ at the Grade II* listed church that doubles as a place of worship and a music venue.
The 1800 capacity venue, which dates back to 1792, has also seen performances by the likes of Emeli Sandé, Ed Sheeran, and Robbie Williams.
There’s no word yet on what the set will be, but there are 150 pairs of tickets up for grabs via a prize draw.
All proceeds go towards Crisis’ work with the homeless, and War Child’s delivery of emergency aid and support to children whose lives are torn apart by war.
The prize draw is open until 11.59pm on November 17 and it costs £10 for a single entry – with the chance to buy multiple tickets.
Organisers are hoping to raise £300,000 but more than 12,000 people have already entered the draw with £262,000 raised so far.
Guests must be aged 14 and above with under 16s accompanied by an adult and entrants must live in the UK, EU or European Economic Area.
If you’re lucky enough to bag a pair of tickets you will be contacted by Friday, November 21.
