Chelsfield Cricket Club is seeking approval to replace front windows and doors with UPVC double glazing and to repaint its external cladding, under reference 25/01939.
In Widmore Road, Bromley, an application (25/01841) has been lodged to convert part of the ground floor and existing upper floors into two one-bedroom flats.
Plans include revised and new entrances accessed from Widmore Road.
Several other applications are also under consideration, including single-storey rear extensions, garage conversions, and signage installations.
All proposals fall within conservation areas.
