Bromley Council has announced plans for the crossing on Bromley Lane, BR7, 22.4 metres south-west of the boundary between numbers 2 and 4.
To support the scheme, double yellow lines would be introduced on both sides of the road, preventing waiting and loading at all times on the approach to and exit from the crossing.
The restrictions would cover the north-east side from 8.7 metres south-west of the boundary between 4 and 6 Bromley Lane, extending 7.8 metres further along.
And the south-east side from 6.2 metres south-west of the boundary between 4 and 6, to 10.8 metres south-west of the boundary between 8 and 10 Bromley Lane.
Residents and businesses can view the full order, plans and supporting documents at Bromley Civic Centre, Churchill Court, Westmoreland Road, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk.
Objections must be submitted in writing, quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T100/803, by September 3, 2025.
