Howden Insurance has reopened its North Pole Mail Service, inviting children to post their letters to Santa at its branches and receive a personalised reply.
The free festive experience is available at more than 100 branches across the UK, including in Bromley, Tooting, Kingston upon Thames, and Ruislip.
Mike Dalby, CEO of consumer and local commercial at Howden, said: “At Howden, we’re proud to bring a little festive magic to our communities once again this Christmas.
“We’re looking forward to creating moments of joy for children by making it simple for families to take part in a festive tradition.
“We understand how busy this time of year can be, so we’ve designed this initiative to be easy, accessible, and memorable.
“It’s a small way we can support families and keep the spirit of Christmas alive on the high street.”
After last year’s success, the company has brought it back.
Children can post their letters to Santa in the special North Pole mailbox, and families can scan a QR code to download a letter template.
The template can be customised with the child’s name and wish list, printed at home or in the branch, and posted in the mailbox.
Each child will receive a personalised reply from Santa.
In addition to the mail service, Howden branch teams are running a series of festive events for the whole family.
These include Christmas hamper prize draws, donation stations, family fun days, festive networking, mince pie giveaways, and seasonal family and pet portraits.
The company, named Insurance Broker of the Decade, delivers personal insurance advice through high street branches and specialist teams across the UK and Ireland.
Its approach focuses on understanding what matters most to individuals and businesses, whether that’s finding the right cover or navigating complex risks.
By placing a letter in the North Pole mailbox, young visitors can look forward to a special reply and a touch of Christmas wonder.
Howden encourages families to use the customisable letter template, which is easily accessible through a QR code in the branch.
