An application has been submitted to the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames to allow the sale of alcohol at Captain’s Fish & Chips, located inside Chessington World of Adventures.
The applicant, Merlin Attractions Operations Limited, is seeking a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
If approved, the licence would permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 10am to 11pm Monday to Saturday, and 12pm to 10.30pm on Sundays.

Alcoholic beverages are already available from Smokehouse BBQ & Bar and Adventure Point Pizza Pasta located in the Adventure Point part of the park.
Details of the application can be viewed online via the council’s licensing register or in person at Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU.
