The car, which had been reported stolen, was spotted by the Met Police around midday yesterday (January 10).
After a pursuit, the car was involved in a crash with a police vehicle and a moped in Chamberlayne Road.
A man in his 50s was taken to hospital where his injuries were considered not life-threatening or life-changing.
He was then arrested on suspicion of failing to stop, attempted theft of a motor vehicle, driving without insurance and dangerous driving.
He remains in custody whilst enquiries are on-going.
A police spokesperson said: “The Met Police were involved in a pursuit with a car that had been reported stolen after it was spotted by officers at 12.58hrs on Saturday, 10 January.
“Shortly afterwards, the vehicle was involved in a collision with a police vehicle and a moped on Chamberlayne Road, Queens Park.
“A man in his 50s was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service, where his condition was deemed not life-threatening or life-changing.
“He was later arrested on suspicion of failing to stop, attempted theft of a motor vehicle, driving without insurance and dangerous driving. He remains in custody.
“Enquiries continue. Anyone with information or dashcam footage should contact 101 quoting CAD 3005/10Jan.”
