English Heritage is helping to get the whole family into the festive spirit this year and sprinkling plenty of Christmas joy.
Let’s start with an English Heritage membership, which you can get right here, it makes for the perfect Christmas gift, not just for the festive season but all-year-round as there are sites hosting a whole range of events throughout the year and around the country.
But let’s get back to Christmas and with everything from festive afternoon teas, meeting Father Christmas, here’s our pick of what’s happening this festive season.
Wreath-making really has become one of the stand-out traditions in the run-up to Christmas and at selected English Heritage locations you can go along and create a festive wreath with the gardening teams using natural materials from the historic gardens. A hot drink and Christmas treat will be served while you make your wreath…sure to get you into the spirit of the season!
