Residents can have their say on these proposals, which affect several properties across the borough.
One application seeks permission for various changes to the front garden of 31 Ferncroft Avenue.
This includes the replacement of side and front boundary walls, the installation of a pedestrian and driveway gate, and both soft and hard landscaping works, including a new bin and cycle enclosure.
Another application involves the installation of two wireless network antennae, one antenna pole, and associated cabling at Stoneleigh Terrace.

At 4 Prince Arthur Road, facade repairs and the installation of roof maintenance hatches have been proposed.
Meanwhile, at 81 Swain’s Lane, an application aims to discharge a condition concerning plans and samples of external repairs and replacement double-glazed windows for a restoration project approved in 2018.
For 84 South Hill Park, the application proposes the replacement of the existing rooflight, the installation of two new rooflights, a lower ground floor basement extension to the front of the property, and associated external alterations.
Flat 2, 16 Lyndhurst Gardens, has submitted an application for the extension and alterations to the existing side conservatory and ground floor terrace, including the installation of an external staircase with black metal railings and balustrade, replacement of conservatory windows and doors, installation of rooflights on the side conservatory, and alterations at the front/side elevation to provide new and replacement windows.
Internal alterations are also proposed, including the reconfiguration of the existing staircase at lower ground/ground floor levels, and insertion of a new lintel to the ground floor landing opening.
An application for the amalgamation of two upper-floor flats to create one flat has been submitted for flats on the first and second floors at 6 South Hill Park.
An outbuilding is proposed for the ground floor flat at 97 Priory Road.
Retrospective permission is sought for the replacement of single-glazed timber entrance doors with double-glazed aluminium units at Kingswood Court, 48 West End Lane.
