More than 60 applications were submitted to the council’s planning department between April 7 and April 14, including those for alterations to homes, tree works, and more.
Camden Council is yet to make a decision on any of these applications.
One application proposes the change of use at 44 – 46 Kilburn High Road.
The plans look to convert the first floor from a dental surgery (Class E) into a two-bedroom residential unit (Class C3).
At the Great Northern Hotel on Pancras Road, plans have been submitted for a series of external alterations.
These include replacing three windows with doors on the south-east elevation, converting a door into a hatch and fixed board on the north-west side, and installing a hanging sign, trellis, and heaters.
At Heritage Lane in West Hampstead, a planning application proposes the erection of metal security gates and railings towards the eastern end of the private road.
