The latest help centre has been opened in Shoreditch by Tower Hamlets Council next to the Boundary Estate in Calvert Avenue.
You can get help under one roof without having to navigate through online options.
“We can’t just push everyone online,” the council’s equalities and social inclusion cabinet member Bodrul Choudhury said.
“We need to meet everyone’s needs, to be flexible and cater for the demand with a population of 300,000 and more than 100 languages spoken.”
Help is at hand — from filling in housing benefit or Blue Badge application forms to paying council tax.

People can even speak to an advisor to see if they are missing out on benefits or job opportunities.
The Calvert Avenue hub is the latest of five that have had 65,000 people dropping in so far, since the first opened two years ago.
One woman who turned up for the opening who has lived in the Calvert Avenue neighbourhood for 35 years was able to speak in person to an adviser for help.
“I much prefer talking to someone face-to-face,” she said.
Tower Hamlets executive mayor Lutfur Rahman said: “There is a clear need for face-to-face services. Some people don’t have access or are unable to use digital devices.
“Our flagship hub at the town hall is always busy. That’s why we have opened a new one in Calvert Avenue to help in person.”
A sign language service for deaf people has also been set up at the hubs, with links to qualified British Sign Language interpreters through video calls.
