Aayat Ahmed, 12, impressed the judges with her creative cake design in Cake Box’s mini cake masters competition, a nationwide search to find the most creative young cake designer.
Her winning creation was brought to life by Cake Box’s team of expert bakers.

After securing victory in the competition, which ran across more than 260 Cake Box stores, Aayat said: “I was shocked that I won.
“I was nervous but so excited for winning and seeing my cake being made in real life.
“It was a day of joy.
“My family was so happy and proud.
“To all the young bakers out there, carry on following your dreams.”
Aayat and her family attended a celebratory Cake Box party at the Ilford store, where she was able to add the finishing touches to her bake.
