The incident happened in Bugsby’s Way near Commercial Way just before 6.45pm yesterday (June 14).
Ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car and an incident response officer attended.
Two people were treated at the scene before being taken them to a major trauma centre.
Their conditions are unknown at this stage.

A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 6.42pm yesterday (14 June) to reports of a stabbing in Bugsby’s Way, Greenwich.
“We sent two ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car and an incident response officer to the scene.
“We treated two people at the scene and took them both to a major trauma centre.”
