The proposal involves demolishing part of the existing structure at 6 Woodlands Road, Bickley, to construct a three-storey building with nine apartments and nine parking spaces.
The site is within the Bickley Park Conservation Area, meaning any changes must preserve or enhance the area’s character or appearance.
A side extension at 11 Camden Park Road, Chislehurst, is also up for demolition, with plans to construct a new one/two-storey extension, replace cladding, and install an artificial slate roof.
Rear landscaping works are also planned.
The proposed changes aim to preserve or enhance the character of the conservation area.
