The proposal, for 8-12 Bromley Road in Beckenham, would see two new flats created on top of the existing ground floor rear addition.
If approved, the development would provide a one-bedroom, two-person flat and a two-bedroom, three-person flat.
The site falls within the Beckenham Town Centre Conservation Area and the Beckenham St George’s Conservation Area.
In Mottingham, an application has been submitted to erect a single-storey side and rear extension at 28A Mottingham Road.
The extension would create a one-bedroom flat with associated cycle and refuse storage.
In Chislehurst, a number of proposals have been put forward.
At Mead House, Heathfield Lane, two applications have been submitted relating to the demolition of the front highway boundary wall.
The proposals include the erection of a new front highway boundary wall, railings and entrance gates, along with associated landscaping works.
Mead House is a listed building and falls within a conservation area.
At 12 The Glebe, a single-storey rear extension with a rear garden patio and canopy has been proposed.
The property is also within a conservation area.
At 14 Lower Camden, plans have been submitted to convert the garage into a habitable room.
In Petts Wood, an application has been made for the construction of a detached outbuilding in the rear garden of 10 Ladywood Avenue.
The property is within a conservation area.
At 26 The Covert, plans have been submitted for the demolition of the existing rear conservatory and the construction of a part one/two-storey rear extension, along with elevational alterations.
The property is also within a conservation area.
In Beckenham, an application has been submitted for the demolition of a garage and ground floor side extension at 13 Wickham Way.
The proposal also includes elevational changes.
Bromley Council has advised that, as these are householder applications, any representations made about the applications will be sent to the Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission.
There will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
