This is due to engineering work and will affect trains from Monday to Friday (October 20 to October 24).
We have broken down the details for you to plan your journey this week.
Engineering work is taking place at various locations on the Southeastern network, closing some lines.
Monday to Thursday (October 20 to October 23):
From 11.45pm until the end of service, replacement buses will run between Lewisham and Dartford and Gravesend via Sidcup.
Tuesday to Friday (October 21 to October 24):
The 12.40am train from London Victoria to Gillingham service will be leave London Victoria at 12.42pm and will be diverted and run non-stop between London Victoria and Rochester.
For stations between Bromley South and Meopham, passengers should use the 12.40am train from London Victoria to Ashford International train to connect with a replacement bus from Bromley South to Gillingham calling at all stations except Sole Street.
The 12.25am train from London Victoria to Ashford International service will leave London Victoria later at 12.40am and after Bromley South will call at Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Ashford International.
Replacement buses will run between Bromley South and Ashford International.
The 4.34am train from Swanley to London Victoria will start from Orpington at 4.35am and will not stop at Swanley, St Mary Cray or Bickley.
A replacement bus will leave Swanley at 3.55am to connect with the train at Bromley South.
