To celebrate its launch at 121 Hertford Road on Thursday, November 20, the team is giving away 1,000 burgers for just 99p, offering diners the chance to taste the Brgr Lab experience first-hand.

When asked why he chose Enfield to open his first London store, Mr Patel said: “There was a clear gap for a high-quality, gourmet or artisanal burger restaurant and takeaway that focused on premium ingredients, unique recipes, and a modern dining experience. I think we can fill this gap perfectly.
“The area has a growing foodie culture, with people actively seeking out new, independent, and high-quality dining experiences. Brgr Lab will be the only restaurant and takeaway in Hertford Road that offers 100% prime beef smash burgers.”

Customers can indulge in a menu of handcrafted 100% prime beef burgers, a variety of loaded fries, decadent hand-spun milkshakes, and uniquely flavoured crispy chicken wings and tenders complete with in-house crafted sauces.
Mr Patel said: “We treat each burger as an experiment, combining textures, tastes and ideas until we reach a result that’s nothing short of exceptional.”
