The school’s average of 37.3 points is more than four above the worldwide average and likely maintains the school’s position as one of the top 10 IB schools in the UK, according to its spokesperson.
Twenty-eight per cent of the class of 2025 scored 40 points or more, compared to the global average of around 11 per cent.
Among these exceptional performers, two students achieved the maximum 45 points, a feat achieved by only 0.3 per cent of students worldwide.
The school’s deputy head academic, Jonathan Barfield Moore, said: “At a time when some are questioning the merits of independent education, the IB experience adds value to our students through character development as well as academic success.
“Our students should be proud of their achievements and can look forward with confidence to bright futures.”
Achinta and Sofia, who both achieved the maximum 45 points, were elated with their results.

“My parents couldn’t be happier.”
Sofia, who has secured a place at the London School of Economics for a law degree, said: “I am absolutely shocked and surprised, but so happy.”
The school’s acting director of IB, Mrs Alexandra Roberts, praised the students for their determination and the breadth of subjects they studied.
She said: “I have no doubt that they will harness the skills and knowledge they have learned and be able to utilise it as global citizens.”
