Residents and community leaders gathered at the Memorial Site in Queen Elizabeth Gardens in Barham Park, on Sunday (November 9).
The service started at 1.50pm with a parade led by the Regent Brass Band, joined by Air Force, Sea Cadets, Army, Navy, and other uniformed units.
The Dean of Brent, the Reverend Sophie Schuil-Brewer, led the worship and tributes during the ceremony.
Winners of the Deputy Lieutenant’s Prize Essay Competition also read their pieces.
Wreaths were laid by various groups and leaders, including the Mayor of Brent, the council leader, the borough’s MPs, and the British Legion.
Mayor of Brent Cllr Ryan Hack said: “On Remembrance Sunday, we unite as a community to honour those who gave so much to safeguard our freedoms and shape the lives we enjoy today.
“By wearing poppies as a sign of hope, laying wreaths, and joining memorial events across Brent and beyond, we pay tribute to the courage and sacrifice of all who served in the World Wars and in conflicts around the world.”
Poppies, sold by the Royal British Legion, raised funds to support former servicepeople.
