Michelle Sadio, 44, died after she was found seriously injured in Gilford Road near Armstrong Road at around 9.15pm on December 14.
Two men, both in their 30s, were also injured in the shooting.
Tajin Sommersall, 18, of Lafone Avenue in Feltham, has now been charged with murder, two counts of attempted murder and possessing a firearm with intet to endanger life.
Sommersall will appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Monday (January 13).
Pastor Lawrence Larbie, from the River of Life Elim Pentecostal Church, told MyLondon there was a wake going on inside the church on Saturday night that was due to end just before 10pm.
At around 9.15pm, he said people began running into the building saying “there’s been a shooting, there’s been a shooting”.
Police said the shots were fired from a black Kia Niro.
