Brent Cross Town’s Community Fund, now in its seventh year, will support projects focused on employment, skills, training and education in 2025.
Morwenna Hall, executive director at Related Argent, said: “Brent Cross Town is built on the core values of connectivity, sustainability, health and wellness, and skills and careers are the foundation for healthy, safe and thriving communities.
“We are very proud of the impact the Brent Cross Town Community Fund has had to date in supporting grass roots organisations to address community need and we look forward to receiving this year’s applications and continuing the legacy of this initiative.”
The fund is jointly supported by Brent Cross Town and its energy partner Vattenfall, with individual grants of £3,000 to £10,000 available.
Applications are open to both new and previously funded organisations, with a deadline of October 20.
Since launching in 2019, the fund has awarded £230,000 to 57 charities, community organisations and initiatives.
Anne Clarke, Barnet Council’s cabinet member for culture, leisure, arts and sport, said: “I encourage all groups and individuals delivering a skills, employment or training-related programme or activity to apply for a grant and make the most of this opportunity.”
