The 2025 fund for ideas to benefit the community is focused on jobs, training and education.
Winning ideas last time included the ‘Art Against Knives’ pop-up project.
Developers are putting £50,000 into the kitty for grants from £3,000 to £10,000, with applications invited by the deadline of October 20.
“The fund has supported many grass roots organisations since 2019,” Morwenna Hall from developer Related Argent said. “Brent Cross Town is built on core values of sustainability, wellness and careers for a thriving community.”
Construction of the 180-acre ‘park town’ between Cricklewood and Brent Cross by Barnet Council in partnership with the developer is expected to last two decades.
The fund, first opened seven years ago, has so far given out £230,000 to some 57 charities, groups and projects.
Details for applying or to vote are on the “brentcrosstown.co.uk” website’s ‘community-fund’ page.
