The market, named District, will be the first permanent street food market at the shopping centre.
It will open tomorrow (March 31), with four of the seven vendors ready to serve.
The remaining vendors will be open by the end of April.
The vendors include Sides Fried Chicken, created by YouTube group The Sidemen, as well as Pasta Remoli, Smokey Boys, Three Uncles, Yaay Yaay, Smatcha, and Oshpaz.
The shopping centre said: “The destination’s first ever premium street food market will be the host to seven exciting vendors, with a diverse mix of well-established brands and rising independent names all serving up a selection of delicious dishes to add flair and flavour to every shopper’s day out.
“The highly anticipated 20,000sq ft foodie haven is specially curated, providing dishes for all tastes.
“Four of the seven vendors will be live from March 31, with Three Uncles, Sides and Smokey Boys set to open their doors in April.”
The market will have a 130-cover food court-style seating area for communal dining and casual meet-ups.
There will also be grab-and-go options at each vendor.
The shopping centre added: “District visitors can also explore the 120 fashion, homeware, technology and more shops at Brent Cross.
“From Apple to Zara, Anthropologie, JD Sports, Newbie and more, everyone will be spoiled for choice.
“With free parking, EV charging, close by tube and rail links within a short walk, Brent Cross is the perfect destination for both dining and shopping this Spring and beyond.”
